This intramural event has been designed so that all players can come to enjoy the game, play teams from other clubs and have a fun day. Enter Intramural or Interleague teams. Please make every attempt to bring intact teams. Each team will play 3 games weather permitting and all games will be played on the same day. This will be a patch trading festival. Food, drink, and souvenir shirts will be available. All players will receive a trophy at the end of their last game. Travel, Tournament or All-Star teams are not permitted

Ø     Return the Registration Form with the roster filled out and a check made payable to PMYSL to:
PMYSL, 2 Danbury Ave. Patchogue N.Y. 11772.

Ø      All applications must be received by Wednesday, October 4, 2007.

Ø      A completed and notarized medical release form for each player must be brought to the fields on game day (ENYYSA rule). These will be checked at registration but remain in the possession of the coach.

Ø      All information relative to the festival will be mailed approximately one week before the festival.

Ø      There will be a team registration table at each site. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first game to check in with medical releases.

* This year we will be having a separate U-9 Pre-travel Division for Girls and Boys

Ø      All games will be played except in extreme weather conditions and every effort will be made to reschedule cancelled games.
